Job summary

FirstDay Foundation is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, build, and deploy nonprofit-focused Salesforce solutions. You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and ensure platform performance and security.

This role requires onsite presence in San Antonio, TX and Salesforce certifications are highly desirable. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience with Flow, Apex, Visualforce, LWC,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT.
3+ years Salesforce development and admin experience.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable.
Familiarity with Nonprofit Cloud and data governance is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in design, development and deployment of Salesforce non-profit solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform for high availability and performance.
Develop and implement coding standards, data governance, testing and documentation.
Conduct regular code reviews and stay current with Salesforce releases.
Coordinate with peers and external vendors to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
