Job summary

Fortuna in California is seeking a Salesforce Go-Live Trainer to deliver hands-on, over-the-shoulder support as the new Salesforce-based CWS-CARES system goes live. You will work directly with Child Welfare professionals, reinforce training, and troubleshoot workflow challenges during a major technology modernization effort.

The role is onsite at Norwalk, Palmdale, Glendale or Long Beach, with a temporary assignment from September 1 to November 30 and potential extension through 1/31/2027.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience required (admin or user level).
• Experience training or supporting end users on Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite, over-the-shoulder support to end users during Salesforce Go-Live activities.
• Coach users on Salesforce workflows, navigation, and daily business processes.
