Job summary

FirstDay Foundation is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy nonprofit Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong collaboration with a small IT team and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have declarative and programmatic Salesforce skills (Flow, Apex, Visualforce, LWC) and familiarity with Salesforce APIs, plus Admin experience. Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant verifiable work experience in Salesforce development/ administration.
• Experience with Salesforce best practices, data security, and governance.
• Proven ability to work with a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, and deployment of nonprofit Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce platform for performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and governance.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
