Qualifications

• Four or more years of Salesforce Platform development experience.
• Experience delivering technical solutions for nonprofits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication translating technical requirements.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification and Platform Developer I or App Builder Certification.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Visualforce, and security configurations.
• Experience with REST API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build client-specific solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build integrations between external systems and Salesforce.
• Assist with migration of client data to Salesforce and create custom code as needed.
• Maintain internal library of reusable code for future project deployments.
• Provide guidance and best practices around Salesforce development for clients and staff.
• Review project requirements with consultants and project managers to refine technical specs.
• Develop and document user instructions and maintenance requirements for Salesforce customizations.
• Contribute to development of additional products and services.
