Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing and pricing administration, including logging and tracking price quotes.
• Track customer opportunities and maintain accurate business information.
• Support inventory and warehouse operations, including locating products and coordinating with Sales and Warehouse teams.
• Assist with recruiting candidate follow-up and tracking.
• Provide light accounting and administrative support, including gathering business information and developing FAQs.
• Assist with marketing projects, including AI-generated promotional materials and database management.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and administrative functions.
• Maintain strong organization, communication, follow-through, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
