• Review planned work, permits, and safety plans; ensure controls are in place.
• Verify PPE, access controls, barricades, and housekeeping compliance.
• Coordinate corrective actions with supervision and safety teams.
• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions with documentation.
