CBRE is seeking an Onsite Safety Professional to lead safety oversight for major campus developments across Summerville, SC, St. George, SC, Moncks Corner, SC, and Augusta, GA.
The role focuses 70% on field oversight and 30% on project documentation, with 8-hour days and potential 2nd/3rd shifts as project demands require. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of mission-critical construction experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA, NESC, and ANSI.
As an Onsite Safety Professional, youwill serve as the primary safety authority for major campus developments inSummerville, SC, St. George, SC, Moncks Corner, SC, and Augusta, GA. Thisproject-based position requires 3 to 5 year commitments to ensure rigoroussafety compliance and risk mitigation in high-stakes, critical environments.
You will operate from onsite construction trailers,dedicating 70% of your time to field oversight and 30% to critical projectdocumentation. Because construction timelines fluctuate, you must be availableonsite Monday through Friday. Your schedule will vary across 2nd and 3rd shiftsto align with project demands.
We prefer local candidates, though relocation or temporaryper diem packages may be considered for exceptional applicants. This positionrequires full-time, onsite attendance. You are expected to work at least 8hours daily, with additional availability required for incident response andrisk assessments.
