Job summary

ADP is seeking a Risk & Safety Consultant III to deliver loss control and safety consultation to clients, with a focus on OSHA compliance guidance and hazard evaluation. The role involves onsite assessments, training, and collaboration with Sales and Risk Audit teams to support client acceptance and documentation processes.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in safety consulting or loss control, and hold or pursue ASP, CSP, ARM, or CIH certifications. Travel within the NYC metro area is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of safety consulting or practical loss control experience.
• Appropriate job experience as a safety professional.
• Willingness to travel within Westchester County and the Bronx (and sometimes Manhattan).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite safety consultation services to prospective clients and clients within a defined geographic territory.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the client's controls of hazards and exposures.
• Provide clients with guidance on OSHA compliance.
• Create written recommendations to clients for controls of workplace hazards and exposures.
• Assist clients with the implementation of safety plans.
• Develop, modify and present safety awareness training (onsite and live-web-based).
• Document client interactions using eRFP or RAMS and provide summaries of onsite visits.
• Customize the Risk-Safety model for individual clients and produce safety manuals.
• Support client acceptance and risk assessments with presurveys and related activities.
