Job summary

Lithko Contracting seeks a Safety Manager for the Indianapolis, IN region to oversee all safety needs on projects. You will engage onsite teams, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with the client and Territory Safety Lead to meet program goals and perform required reporting.

Responsibilities include daily safety observations, proper PPE enforcement, documentation, and collaboration with project leaders.

Qualifications

• Capable of walking and traversing a jobsite.
• CHST/BCSP Certification required; OSHA 30 recommended.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and move equipment on site.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to Craft in Daily Plan Preparation (DPP) and Operational Activity Trainings (OAT) engagement.
• Reviews all work activities on site to promote safe work practices and PPE usage; holds others accountable.
• Completes internal and external safety documentation and paperwork for shift/phase.
• Performs multiple safety observations weekly.
