Job summary

Webber is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety on Waterworks projects. You will champion a Safety First mindset, ensure policies align with OSHA and local standards, and collaborate with field teams to plan complex safety aspects.

Frequent on-site oversight and subcontractor coordination are required. The role requires a CSHO/CSHT certification with 5+ years in construction safety, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• CSHO or CSHT certification is required.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Valid driver license for frequent travel.
• English communication skills required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a Safety First culture on projects across teams.
• Enforce OSHA, state and local safety standards and policies.
• Plan complex safety aspects with field supervision (critical lifts, traffic control, work plans).
• Supervise safety staff, training, and performance on projects.
• Monitor, document, and report safety incidents and investigations.
• Coordinate with owners, Webber personnel, and public entities.
