Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Safety Manager to lead safety for water and sewer pipeline projects in the US. The role requires a civil/engineering background and CHST/OSHA 30 certifications. bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with travel/relocation flexibility and a post-offer background check.

The position focuses on enforcing safety regulations, delivering trainings, conducting site inspections, and leading incident investigations to prevent hazards and incidents on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, construction management, or a safety-related degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification in Construction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain CHST within 6 months of employment.
• Willing to travel and/or relocate.
• Background screening and drug-free workplace requirements.
• May be required to complete a post-offer physical and a site-specific background check.
