A leading agricultural equipment manufacturer is looking for a Safety Coordinator in Milan, IL, to support the health and safety management system for their distribution and manufacturing operations. The role involves conducting safety observations, incident investigations, and employee training on safety procedures. Ideal candidates will have a safety degree, strong safety background, and experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Additional qualifications include strong MS Office skills and familiarity with OSHA regulations.

Formación

• Experience in developing and providing safety training.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is beneficial.
• Experience with occupational safety preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the design and implementation of safety processes.
• Conduct incident investigations and ergonomic reviews.
• Develop recommendations to comply with safety regulations.
• Manage and review safety recordkeeping per OSHA guidelines.
• Coordinate safety audits and risk assessments.

Conocimientos

Knowledge and experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment

Strong safety background

Strong skills in MS Office suite

Educación

Safety Degree and/or very strong manufacturing safety experience
