Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Safety Professional to support field operations across Pampa, Abilene, and the Wichita Falls area for a water infrastructure and utility solutions company. You will serve as the lead onsite safety resource, ensuring projects are executed safely and in compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Certified safety professional certifications required (CSP/ASP/GSP/CHST).
• Experience leading safety programs in industrial, construction, utilities, or oil & gas settings.
• Ability to manage site safety across multiple remote projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite safety programs and ensure compliance with company and customer safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and safety observations.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote proactive safety culture.
• Monitor safety metrics and report trends to leadership.
