Voyager Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Safety Manager to advance our safety program across four Minnesota campuses. You will lead training, inspections, and incident investigations, promoting safe practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include developing policies, tracking metrics, and traveling between locations to support operations and uphold a proactive safety culture. A strong safety background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's in safety field preferred.
• OSHA/MNOSHA knowledge and safety practices.
• OSHA 30-hr General Industry preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Voyager Safety Program across locations.
• Perform safety inspections, audits, and job safety analyses.
• Oversee training for forklift and related equipment; maintain records.
• Track safety trends and drive program improvements.
• Travel between Voyager locations and maintain visibility in operations.
