Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Occupational Safety and Care Coordinator for projects in La Grange, GA; Hampton, GA; and Atlanta, GA. This full-time, in-person role supports worker care and operational excellence, guiding injured workers through treatment and return-to-work with the Safety Team and Risk Management.

You establish physician panels, manage claims, conduct investigations, track trends, and deliver wellness resources across sites, traveling within a three-hour radius as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years construction safety experience (onsite claims handling).
• OSHA 29 CFR 1904 Subpart C familiarity required.
• Excellent people skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites within ~3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of care coordination for injured workers; accompany to medical appointments and assist with follow-up care.
• Establish and maintain project physician panels and partner clinics.
• Administer the claims and care process for onsite injuries; coordinate internal and external claims.
• Lead incident investigations with the safety team; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Track incident data and trends; partner with Safety and Risk Management to drive improvements.
• Maintain professional communication with leadership on claim status and updates.
• Act as wellness resource and deliver Wellness Built for Life content and programs.
