Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience with embedded devices.
• Comfort with Linux system administration and basic shell navigation.
• Working knowledge of Bash for automating routine tasks.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision new hardware by installing and configuring Linux.
• Run diagnostic scripts and interpret system logs.
• Troubleshoot local networking to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact onsite.
