Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Clinical Care Registered Nurse to join our Washington, DC clinic on a full-time contract basis. The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced primary/urgent care setting.

You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document care in the EMR (Epic preferred), and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Expect shifts of 7–10 hours with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in the state of residence.
• BLS certification with expiration no less than 30 days after start date.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses.
• Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities.
• Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure well-being.
• Document patient medical history using electronic health records (Epic preferred).
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
