UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse for infusion services. The role involves direct patient care in outpatient infusion settings, following nursing processes and UCHealth policies.

The schedule is full-time, with day shifts and a 72-hour pay period. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, monitoring patient status, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care in outpatient infusion/apheresis setting using nursing process.
• Provide patient education appropriate to age, culture, condition.
• Experience in infusion services or related field preferred.
• Must possess RN licensure and BLS certification.
• ONS certification within 6 months for new hires and 1 year for new grads.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care related to infusion services.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition; coordinate across disciplines.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient/family and provide education.
• Delegate patient care to ancillary staff; may precept students/nurses.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
