Job summary

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., seeks a Registered Nurse to provide on-site medical and wellness services within a federally supported residential youth program in Minot, North Dakota 58703.

This temporary contract offers full-time availability, 40 hours per week, from October 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and no weekend shifts. On-site in Minot, ND, no telehealth option.

Qualifications

North Dakota RN license required.
Minimum of two years nursing experience in clinical, school-based, residential, or community health setting.
Experience with adolescents or young adults preferred.
BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Triaging urgent and emergent medical situations.
Providing first aid, clinical assessments, and basic treatment.
Monitoring students with chronic health conditions.
Administering medications and assisting with examinations.
Coordinating referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers.
Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation and records.
Tracking laboratory results, immunizations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Delivering individual and group health education sessions.
Maintaining medical and prescription supply inventories.
Providing staff training on health and wellness topics.
Collaborating with community healthcare partners and program leadership.
Supporting a safe, respectful, and inclusive campus environment.
Mentoring students through professional role modeling and participation in program initiatives.
