Job summary

PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on-site medical and wellness services within a federally supported residential youth program in Bristol, Tennessee. The role focuses on direct patient care and collaboration with residential staff in a structured setting.

The contract, full-time, offers up to 40 hours per week with Monday–Friday schedule in Bristol, TN.

Qualifications

Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license in the State of Tennessee.
Minimum of two years nursing experience in clinical, school-based, residential, or community health settings.
Experience with adolescents or young adults preferred.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; ADN required.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site nursing services within scope of practice and Wellness Guidelines.
Triaging urgent and emergent medical situations and providing first aid.
Monitor students with chronic health conditions and administer medications.
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records; manage lab results and immunizations.
