Job summary

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide on-site medical and wellness services within a federally supported residential youth program in Collbran, Colorado 81624.

This role supports a residential program serving youth aged 16–24, focusing on health education, preventive care, and coordination with staff and healthcare partners in a structured campus setting. Licensure in Colorado is required and the position offers a flexible, part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unrestricted Colorado RN license.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience in a clinical, school-based, residential, or community health setting.
• Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triaging urgent and emergent medical situations.
• Providing first aid, clinical assessments, and basic treatment.
• Coordinating referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers.
• Maintaining medical documentation and records.
• Delivering health education sessions to individuals and groups.
• Maintaining medical and prescription supply inventories.
• Providing staff training on health and wellness topics.
