Job summary

PsyPhyCare is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver on-site medical and wellness services within a federally supported residential youth program in Glide, Oregon. The role supports ages 16–24 and collaborates with residential staff in a structured setting.

The RN will triage, provide first aid, administer medications, and educate students while coordinating with health professionals. Must hold an Oregon RN license; ADN required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Oregon is required.
• Youth/ school setting experience is preferred.
• Willingness to prep medications for students overnights/weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site nursing services within scope of practice.
• Triaging urgent/ emergent medical situations.
• Provide first aid, clinical assessments, and basic treatment.
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions.
• Administer medications and assist with examinations.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with healthcare providers.
• Maintain medical records and documentation.
• Deliver health education sessions.
