Job summary

Clustag in Miami, FL seeks a Project Manager & Key Account Manager to drive RFID intralogistics projects across North America. You will lead projects from kickoff to handover, coordinating with Spain and Mexico teams, while maintaining constant client communication.

The role requires 3+ years in project/account management, experience in warehouse automation, and willingness to travel ~20%. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from kickoff through final delivery and handover
• Coordinate with Spain-based production teams for schedules, scope, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with Mexico-based installation and service teams for field execution and support
• Maintain direct communication with customers throughout project lifecycle
• Participate in site surveys, data gathering, and operational assessments
• Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals for management review
• Manage assigned customer accounts with Business Development
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, logistics, and leadership teams
• Ensure deadlines, documentation, milestones, and expectations are met
