Richard Adams Engineers & Consultants (RAE) seeks a Structural Drafter to join our St. Louis (Richmond Heights) office onsite. You will create 3D Revit models, produce plans and details, and ensure construction documentation meets BIM standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of structural drafting experience using Revit.
• Experience or academic background in a related field (Design/Drafting, CAD, BIM Technology, Civil Engineering).
• Strong working knowledge of Revit for model creation and construction documentation.
• Ability to coordinate Revit models with other disciplines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to clear, consistent documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
• This is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D Revit models to produce plans, sections, details, and construction documentation.
• Apply redline revisions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow BIM standards, templates, and workflows and contribute feedback.
• Participate in team discussions and coordination with other disciplines.
