Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, delivering full-service tax preparation for individuals and all business entities. You will own client relationships, provide tax strategy, and coordinate with bookkeeping specialists for a seamless experience.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage marketing and software tools to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years preparing federal/state business returns (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30 returns/year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor desired.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round guidance.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Develop relationships and cross-sell bookkeeping, payroll, and related services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
• Represent TurboTax locally; engage with community and marketing initiatives.
• Lead local marketing efforts to grow the TurboTax client base.
