Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. seeks a non-IT Project Manager to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in engineering, finance, and product roll-out within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery for multiple retail accounts. The role requires a bachelor's in business, 5–7 years of relevant experience, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant retail operations experience
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Strong proficiency with Retail Operations across sales, merchandising, training and GTM execution
• Ability to Project Manage
• Need to be able to be successful in an extremely fast paced environment
• Demonstrated experience and success working with multiple retail accounts and retail operation teams
• Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work independently within a large dynamic team and organization while driving end to end planning
• Adaptability to move quickly at the pace of the consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions and pivoting when needed
• Outstanding written and communications skills, time management, and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
