Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a Resident Manager I Floater to oversee on-site operations at Parkview on the Park, Bryson, and other PSH properties in Los Angeles, CA. The role covers rent collection, lease processing, and coordinating maintenance for an 80-unit PSH community with 100% Section 8 vouchers.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of affordable housing experience, a CA Real Estate License, and knowledge of HUD/TCAC/DFEH/ADA guidelines. Salary ranges and relocation considerations are DOE.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Affordable Housing Property Management Experience.
• Must have a current CA Real Estate License.
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines.
• Ability to Develop and Implement Budgets and Variance Reports.
• Skills in Resident Problem Solving and Staff Management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and make bank deposits.
• Prepare and submit rent rolls; verify income per HUD/TCAC/other regulations.
• Maintain waiting list; prepare and process leases.
• Supervise on-site staff; process evictions; conduct annual inspections; coordinate repairs for HUD properties; submit vouchers.
