Qualifications

1+ year of affordable housing property management experience.
Current CA Real Estate License.
Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.
Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.
Skills in resident problem solving and staff management.

Responsibilities

Collect rents and make bank deposits.
Prepare and submit rent rolls; verify income compliance with HUD/TCAC/DFEH/ADA.
Maintain waiting lists and process leases.
Supervise on-site staff; process evictions; conduct inspections; coordinate repairs; submit vouchers.
