Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC seeks a seasoned Construction Program Manager for onsite roles in California, overseeing transit projects valued at $30 million or more. You’ll lead field teams, ensure safety, compliance with CAL OSHA, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with contractors and clients to deliver quality outcomes.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management, California PE license, 10+ years in construction management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in California (PE)
• Valid California Class C driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of employees and traveling public by observing operations and taking corrective action.
• Review contractor operations for CAL OSHA compliance.
• Maintain contract records pertaining to construction progress, expenditures, budgets, and work orders.
• Coordinate with contractors on plan compliance, quality of work, and construction activity.
• Perform field inspections to determine compliance with plans, specs, provisions, and agreements.
• Prepare and review daily inspection reports and document contractor activities.
• Monitor project schedule and budget and report to leadership.
• Assist in managing project quality, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare contract change orders for alterations or deviations.
• Develop solutions for field conditions requiring contract changes.
• Prepare contractor-related submission documents.
• Review CPM schedules and mitigate risks.
• Complete daily project diary of activities and discussions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) in California
