Arisa Health is seeking a Mental Health Professional II to serve as the Onsite Research Coordinator for a PCORI-funded study at a community clinic. You will oversee daily study operations, supervise staff, and liaise with JHU and community partners to ensure compliant, high-quality research execution.

The role requires a Master\'s in counseling or social work, Arkansas licensure (LPC/LCSW), and 2–3 years coordinating clinical research. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Current Arkansas license (LPC / LCSW).
• 2–5 years in related field required.
• 2–3 years coordinating clinical or health-related research.
• Knowledge of human subjects protections, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations and stakeholders.
• Experience with data collection, study documentation, and REDCap or similar databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to complete required research training.

Responsibilities
