Job summary

Arisa Health, Inc. seeks a Research Assistant to support a PCORI-funded study at a community clinic in Arkansas. You will assist with recruitment, enrollment, data collection, and study documentation under the Site Research Coordinator, collaborating with patients and clinic staff.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., on-site. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, behavioral sciences, or related field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant recruitment and enrollment for a PCORI-funded study.
• Support data collection, study documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with patients, clinic staff, and Johns Hopkins research team to ensure protocol adherence.
