Job summary

Arisa Health is seeking a Mental Health Professional II (Onsite Research Coordinator) to oversee the day-to-day implementation of a PCORI-funded study at a community clinic. This role includes supervising a site-based research assistant and acting as the main contact for site-level research operations.

You will collaborate with study participants, clinic staff, community partners, and the Johns Hopkins University team to ensure high-quality study execution in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Current Arkansas license (LPC / LCSW).
• 2-5 years in related field required.
• Minimum 2–3 years coordinating clinical research or health-related projects.
• Knowledge of human subjects protections, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day implementation of a PCORI-funded study at a community clinic.
