Job summary

The role emphasizes rigorous documentation, basic computational biology tasks, and collaboration across the project team to advance assay development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in a lab or industry setting.
• Customer service experience to manage client interactions.
• Preferred: basic computational biology skills, including reading code and scripts.
• Qualification parameters: Masters/PhD or >2 years of experience considered overqualified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation and other scientific activities to support The Organization projects.
• Exercise technical expertise in design, execution, and interpretation of experiments for project strategies.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Present and discuss results of experiments within the department and project team.
• Maintain professional expertise through literature review and conference participation.
• Follow GMP, GLP, and Design Control regulatory standards as appropriate.
• Maintain complete laboratory documentation and electronic files.
• Act as principal investigator in conducting own experiments as required.
• Assist team members with basic computational biology tasks, including scripts and reading code.
