Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services in Orange, CA invites you to join our onsite team as an REO Coordinator supporting post-foreclosure processes with clients, vendors and internal teams. This role requires a High School Diploma, at least one year of administrative experience, and a CA Notary license (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• One year of administrative or clerical office experience.
• Current active CA State Notary License or be willing to obtain one.
• Must work in our Orange office.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple email inboxes; perform property researches, respond to property inquiries or forward messages to appropriate persons or departments.
• Notarize documents needed for the sale or conveyance process.
• Scan, save, upload, email and mail documents as applicable.
• Process mail; utilize various systems to research property addresses on various documents (utility statements, violations, HOA statements, city notices, etc.), identify loan numbers and route mail to appropriate department for processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks, process tasks scripts and perform data entry
• Research and provide documents to vendors
• Audit files as assigned for compliance.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
