Job summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) seeks an Inventory Management & Project Coordinator for a 12+ month contract with a Major Utility Company in Wheatfield, IN. You will oversee inventory for renewable assets, coordinate procurement, replenishment, auditing and reporting, and support operational projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in inventory management, strong Excel/reporting skills, and familiarity with SAP. Onsite role with 12+ month duration and pay up to $25.69/hour.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of inventory management, warehouse operations, or renewable operations experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong inventory control and material management expertise.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, consumables, tools and equipment.
• Manage receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments and returns.
• Monitor stock levels and establish reorder points.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution across sites.
• Oversee warehouse and storage locations to keep inventory organized and secure.
• Work with Supply Chain and Operations to identify needs and track POs.
• Lead annual and cycle audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide monthly inventory reports to Renewable Operations leadership.
• Develop and maintain inventory procedures and best practices.
• Assist tracking of small-scale projects and operational initiatives.
