Job summary

XLA is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This onsite role (Monday–Friday) requires eligibility for a U.S. secret security clearance and offers a salary of $60,000–$65,000 per year.

The position supports the relocation of DEA employees due to PCS moves and transportation of household goods. Primary duties include establishing action-item databases, tracking items, delivering progress reports, and coordinating delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of relevant experience providing program and data management support to program(s) of like size or scope.
• Experience supporting relocation or mission-critical programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain action item databases; track action items; prepare and deliver progress reports and other documents in support of program(s)
• Prepare and monitor delivery schedules
• Attend meetings, record minutes and actions; assist in scheduling and preparation of program activities.
