Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily maintenance activities (PM, corrective, emergency, project).
• Prioritize maintenance with Plant Manager to minimize downtime.
• Perform hands-on preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records for equipment and maintenance.
• Monitor PM completion, backlog, and recurring failures; propose improvements.
• Assist with installations, modifications, commissioning and new projects.
• Provide technical leadership and training to maintenance personnel.
