Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking a Resource & Training Coordinator to support Indiana's sex and violent offender registration efforts. The role involves managing tools used by registration staff, supporting training initiatives, and staffing a statewide registration committee.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, legal research experience, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6 years of college education or related experience.
• Legal, training, and project management experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret criminal and administrative code, policies and procedures, legal documents, etc.
• Legal research experience (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and work under time constraints
• Ability to establish cooperative working relationships
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand tools used by the Departments registration staff when making sex and violent offender registration determinations.
• Participate in the Department's training efforts, including presentations to local law enforcement and facilitating sessions.
• Provide staffing support to a sex and violent offender registration committee, including notes, data presentations, and ad hoc requests.
