Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is a requirement for every RN.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications may be required in select areas within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver and manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessments and reassessments per standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned unit.
