Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing license and registration.
• BLS is required for every RN; ACLS/PALS/Gestures as applicable in select units.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to plan, deliver and manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care in the assigned setting.
• Delegate appropriately according to job description and competency level.
