Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced Onsite Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role at our client’s Lancaster, PA clinic. You will deliver occupational health nursing care, promote health, and advocate for employees and families on site.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM with rotating weekend on-call; pay is $35/hr. We offer comprehensive benefits and the chance to contribute to workforce health across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed.
• Occupational health experience preferred; COHN certification preferred.
• At least one year of occupational health nursing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess and record patients' symptoms, reactions and progress.
• Develop and manage nursing care plans and educate patients and families.
• Provide nursing and first aid services to employees at client sites per Concentra policies and regulations.

Overview

Concentra is now hiring an experienced and self-driven RN for a Full-Time onsite position. This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's site in Lancaster, PA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM (Rotating weekends on-call)

Pay: $35/hr

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess and record patients' symptoms, reactions and progress
• Develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper care and help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain their health
• Provide nursing and first aid services to employees and people who are ill or injured on our clients' premises in accordance with Concentra policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve occupational health and safety services objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program
• Current registration/license in the state where employed
• Previous occupational health experience is highly preferred; COHN is requested
• Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field
