Job summary

Concentra is hiring an onsite Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role at our Lancaster, PA clinic. This position supports health promotion and injury prevention for employees at the client site.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with rotating weekends on-call. Salary is $35/hour, with comprehensive benefits and the potential for career growth within our nationwide clinic network. Concentra offers 401(k) with match, health plans, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and active state licensure.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Occupational health experience preferred; COHN is requested.
• Minimum of one year in occupational health nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess and record patients’ symptoms, reactions and progress.
• Develop and manage nursing care plans; instruct patients and families in proper care.
• Provide nursing and first aid services on client premises to meet OH&S objectives.

This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's site in Lancaster, PA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM ( Rotating weekends on-call )

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As An Onsite Registered Nurse You Will

• Observe, assess and record patients’ symptoms, reactions and progress
• Develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper care and help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain their health
• Provide nursing and first aid services to employees and people who are ill or injured on our clients’ premises in accordance with Concentra policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve occupational health and safety services objectives

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program
• Current registration/license in the state where employed
• Previous occupational health experience is highly preferred; COHN is requested
• Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field
