Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site clinic position in Memphis, TN.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, providing healthcare support at the client site in Memphis. The RN will observe, assess, and manage nursing care plans, and deliver nursing and first aid services on site in accordance with Concentra policies and occupational health standards to promote workforce health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in the state of employment required.
• Previous occupational health experience and COHN certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of occupational health nursing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess and record patients' symptoms, reactions and progress.
• Develop and manage nursing care plans and educate patients and families.
• Provide nursing and first aid services to employees on client sites according to Concentra policies.

Concentra is now hiring an experienced and self-driven AT for a Full-Time onsite position. This role will provide healthcare support at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's site in Memphis, TN.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-4:30PM

Pay range: $40-45/hr

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess and record patients' symptoms, reactions and progress
• Develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper care and help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain their health
• Provide nursing and first aid services to employees and people who are ill or injured on our clients' premises in accordance with Concentra policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve occupational health and safety services objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or Graduate of an accredited Registered nursing program
• Current registration/license in the state where employed
• Previous occupational health experience is highly preferred; COHN is requested
• Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field
