Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in process, civil, or environmental engineering.
Industrial experience preferred; experience in a refinery setting a plus.
Knowledge of P&IDs and refinery operations preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and improve processes for regulatory compliance.
Perform complex emission calculations for permit applications.
Read and understand P&IDs to identify process vessels and flow directions.
Maintain environmental data records to track compliance.
Negotiate technical issues with stakeholders.
Participate in inspections and regulatory audits.
