Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Referral Management Clerk to join our on-site team in Misawa, Japan. The role focuses on managing referrals, patient records, and coordination with military and civilian health systems.

The ideal candidate will have bilingual capabilities in Japanese and English, knowledge of medical ethics and health records administration, and strong customer service skills. US sponsorship is not available; direct hire only.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; basic medical terminology desired.
• Must submit two references from peers within past two years attesting to competence.
• HCWs must be in good standing with no sanctions or suspensions.

Responsibilities

• Comply with The Joint Commission, laws, and regulations for licensure and medical facilities.
• Adhere to Navy and local instructions during contract term.
• Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain safety procedures and document events.
• Handle referrals, provider coordination, and patient records in CHCS, AHLTA, ADS, and CIS.
• Process referrals and ensure TRICARE/insurance related issues are addressed.
• Coordinate patient movements and liaison with Japanese health care facilities.
