Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing referrals for authorization following DHA and TRICARE guidelines.
• Input and retrieve patient data in EHR, DEERS, and related systems.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly utilization reports with findings.
• Coordinate with physicians and managers for preauthorization and review.
• Ensure adherence to DoD policies and maintain confidentiality.
