Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Joint Commission standards, DoD regulations, and medical staff bylaws.
• Adhere to Navy instructions and notices during the contract term.
• Coordinate referrals and patient movements with clinical teams and facilities.
• Maintain documentation of treatments and reports per clinic directives.
• Participate in training, meetings, and performance improvement activities.
• Operate and document using CHCS, AHLTA, ADS, Essentris, and CIS systems.
