Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to shape our workforce by attracting, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates. This role blends recruiting execution with onsite workforce operations, including onboarding, employee support, and compliance, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, execute hiring strategies, and meet recruiting metrics.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.

As an Onsite Recruiter, you play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving operational success. Serving as the face of the organization to prospective talent, you are responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality candidates while delivering a seamless and positive experience. This role supports both recruiting execution and onsite workforce operations, including onboarding, employee support, and compliance. You will partner closely with hiring managers, onsite leadership, and HR stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, execute hiring strategies, and ensure employees are set up for success from day one through ongoing engagement. Our recruiting team has a goal to hit recruiting metrics 100% of the time.

Contract Duration: Immediate start through an estimated date on or around December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands.
