Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a detail-oriented Coord, Equip & Supply to manage interventional radiology supplies and radiology equipment for University and Memorial campuses. You will ensure availability of basic and special supplies, maintain par levels, and supervise daily inventory and charging accuracy.

The role requires at least three years in Radiology or Materials Management, a High School Degree, and strong spreadsheet/database skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• Three years of related Radiology or Materials Management experience required.
• Strong skills in spreadsheet and database management; excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Order all supplies via the hospital materials management system; coordinate with purchasing and accounts payable.
• Verify bill-only POs for consignments and one-time items; ensure accurate invoicing.
• Develops RFID reports to prevent expired supplies and rotate supplies with short shelf life.
• Make daily vendor reminder calls; monitor supply deliveries and back orders.
• Maintain supply charge master and assist with radiation safety data; support inventory accuracy.
