Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in Radiology or Materials Management.

• Knowledge of radiology equipment, purchasing, or materials management preferred.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and database management; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies through the hospital materials management system; coordinate with purchasing and materials management.
• Verify bill-only purchase orders for consignment and one-time items; reconcile invoices with accounts payable.
• Develop and analyze RFID reports to manage shelf life and rotate supplies.
• Make daily calls to vendor representatives regarding supply orders.
• Coordinate vendor attendance and ensure compliance with policy; assist with sterile procedure setup.
